Grant Gustin Bought Irv Gotti’s Los Angeles House

Grant Gustin is officially speeding into a new Los Angeles home! The 33-year-old actor — best known for his nine-season run as superhero Barry Allen in The CW's "The Flash" — has doled out a smidge over $4.8 million for modern farmhouse-style digs in the affluent San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Encino. Records show the Virginia native received a slight discount on the property, which was originally listed for $5 million.

The seller was Irving Domingo Lorenzo Jr., the 52-year-old DJ-turned-record producer known professionally as Irv Gotti, who paid $3.6 million for the mansion back in 2018. Gotti has upgraded to a grander Encino mansion, having recently shelled out $10 million for a white-brick structure.

The white and wood-shingled structure was built in 2017, and features five bedrooms and six baths in 6,600 square feet of two-level living space boasting wide-plank European oak floors, soaring ceilings and crown molding throughout.

Especially standing out on the main level is a double-height foyer flanked by formal living and dining rooms, the former equipped with a fireplace and latter adorned with a built-in, wrap-around wine rack. From there, the open-concept interiors are highlighted by a fireside family room sporting surround sound and folding glass doors opening to the outside, plus a gourmet kitchen outfitted with quartz countertops, dual islands, stainless appliances, a butler's pantry and breakfast nook.

A movie theater, mudroom, an office and en-suite guest bedroom also can be found on the bottom floor. Four more en-suite bedrooms hold court upstairs, including an expansive master retreat decked out with a sitting area, fireplace, private balcony, walk-in closet, and marble-clad bath spotlighted by a soaking tub and glass-encased rain shower.

Rounding out the upper level is a spacious loft; and outdoors, the entertainment-ready backyard is surrounded by a grassy lawn and privacy hedges, and has a pool and spa with a water feature, as well as a covered patio equipped with a cozy fire-pit and built-in barbecue. The entire home also is fully automated with a Control4 system.
